Career Clarity Bootcamp
Our Career clarity workshop event was a powerful moment bringing together different women within the afro- Caribbean
community and allies from across the UK to explore career clarity, confidence, and community. Through inspiring speakers, real-world advice, and intentional connection, we highlighted the importance of representation, mentorship, and bold leadership in helping young Black women shape careers rooted in purpose and power.
